LegacyFile's tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make the parsers and converters accurate, but file formats are messy and banks are creative — always review converted output before you rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of these tools, including errors in converted files.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. The tools transform file formats; what the numbers mean and whether your books are right is between you and your accountant.
Your files, your responsibility
Files you open with these tools are processed on your own device and remain yours. Only open files you have the right to use.
Refunds
If you buy a license and it doesn't do what you needed, email support@legacyfile.net and you'll get a refund. No forms, no interrogation. Refund-on-request is the policy because software you can't try shouldn't be a gamble.
Changes
These terms may change as the site grows. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
